Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept PayPal and credit card payment. Please contact us directly for Trade Accounts which are subject to status.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Shipping And Handling
Shipping times and costs can vary with the order. On standard goods, it is normally calculated at the time of order. On bespoke orders, you will be contacted in advance of order dispatch.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 10 business days, you will be contacted when your goods are ready for dispatch or if there will be any delays in dispatch.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. Contact us in advance for VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted by our payment gateways on a secure server. They are not held in clear text on any website. or on any computer in our offices.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We endeavour to complete the order to the customers specification but are unable to take responsibility for none – confirmed incorrect orders.
MG Sportswear should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order of any shortages, damage or errors within the order.
Inspection by our customer service department will take place prior to any action being taken, items must be received within 14 days of receipt. Products damaged by customers wear or use however minor will not be exchanged or refunded. Customised products supplied in accordance with your order acknowledgement and customization are non-returnable. If the specified style, size and quantity is supplied, MG Sportswear Ltd will not accept any cost involved in exchanging the product. Please enclose a payment of £7.00 (mainland UK) to cover return carriage costs. Additional payments maybe required if exchanging goods for larger sizes, different products or posting outside mainland UK. All cost incurred against incorrect ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Please call customer services within 14 days of receipt of order.
Customer must contact MG Sportswear Ltd prior to returning any item to be advised of the returns policy. When returning an item please include a copy of despatch note and a reason for returning.
Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from MG Sportswear Ltd are of excellent quality. Should there be an issue with quality then MG Sportswear Ltd reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding on relevant action.
On certain goods that are brought in from outside suppliers, there is a 15% restocking fee, plus carriage costs for you to get the item back to us.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch but any items already customized or in production must be paid for.
Customisation
We will use our best endeavours to obtain in the closest possible match to artwork supplied to MG Sportswear Ltd, please be aware due to heat application of printing materials to the garment shade variance may occur when printing onto different colour garments. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility for the variation in colour of the finished print. Any file – artwork submitted to MG Sportswear Ltd which requires exact pantone colours will be printed as near to the printing process allows.
Exchanges
Please enclose payment of £7.00 for return postage of good.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
